Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that all approved returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. If you have changed your mind about your order, we are happy to offer exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability. The $10 restocking fee applies to all change of mind exchanges. Return shipping for change of mind exchanges is at the customer's expense.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The $10 restocking fee and return shipping costs will be waived for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will make it right at no cost to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

For change of mind exchanges, return the item and once received and inspected we will issue store credit or process an exchange for your preferred size or colour. The $10 restocking fee applies and return shipping is at your expense. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items we will cover all costs and process your exchange or refund immediately.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The $10 restocking fee applies to all EU returns unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and process your full refund within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
